Bean dregs feeding processing technology:
Bean dregs are materials which have bound water and great oiliness and its moisture is difficult to get rid of. The whole set of dehydrating and drying equipment are developed to solve that problem. First dehydrate the free water of the bean dregs roughly by dewaterer. Then put the wet bean dregs of 55-60% moisture to the dryer and fast dry them in the drying system with a special breaking unit. The heat energy is made used of fully and the bean dregs are heated equally. So then dried bean dregs are of fine color and no thickener. The power consumption is very low. |
